Abstract
This paper presents a proposal for organizational analysis from transmodern
paradigm that tries to explain the causes for which the cooperation of labor enables
higher productivity than the sum of individual workers, not from the explanations of
economic kind, but, considering 'emulation and excitement of the vital spirits'. A
theoretical journey that part of Aristotle to rescue the concept of "Eudaimonia", we
incorporate to Spinoza for the analysis of the processes of excitation of the vital
spirits and reaches to supplement Marx with a materialist analysis is performed.
From this theoretical proposal it is considered the Cooperative University of
Colombia as a case study.
