Abstract
An aggressive, and highly concerned competitive context with attributes of
permanent improvement in all productive organizations, requires a complete,
intensive and extensive use of their established and latent capacities based on well
analyzed, opportune and effective interventions. It’s in this environment that Family
hotels organizational competitiveness in modern industrial market structures,
allows to denote the relevance of main associated processes of services
organization. Presented as suitable strategic alternative to compete and improve
intrinsically efficiently as the necessary and common base to generate the required
