Abstract
The entrepreneurial (or corporate) social responsibility speech goes through the
contemporary reality. This speech, which emphasizes the responsibility of the
company towards its workers and the environment, coexists in the practice with the
waste and affectation of natural resources and of human work, in synthesis, with
nature destruction. One of the objectives which will be researched in this document
is the revision of the consistency between the ethics code and Grupo México
mission and visión in its Mining Division, taking into account the material working
conditions in which miners’ ordinary activity is developed, highlighting the effects of
this process, mainly on health, over the workers detachment.
